What should I do if the broadcast screen is black or scrambled?

The browser's use of hardware acceleration is a feature that accelerates hardware to improve the performance of Chrome.

This function reduces the time to process the various effects displayed on the web to reduce the lag and improve the performance.

However, if it is used on a PC with poor internal/external graphics card performance or a PC with compatibility issues with the graphics driver, it can also be the main cause of slowing down.

In those cases, the broadcast quality may be deteriorated due to the hardware acceleration function of Chrome.

To fix this, change the hardware acceleration option of Chrome to OFF.

How do I turn off Chrome hardware acceleration?

Click the vertical ... button in the top address bar of Chrome to select the Settings menu.
